What would you like to express through your book?

For me everything is about sharing a variety of knowledge in the moment. I feel blessed that I have the ability to put emotions and feelings into words and I feel it is my passion and my mission to share and express how I perceive the world.

Where do you find inspiration?

In everyday life. A simple thing, like waking up in the morning can fill me with inspiration. I question everything and for me there is inspiration in every single moment, a hm, a why, and a how ?

When you are not co writing books with Anette Tamm what are you doing?

I am travelling the world doing Global Grid retreats and lectures. I am also training a lot. Running, dancing, moving my body a lot. Believe I exist to sheer everything that is flowing through me.
